Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, You confirm that You are 18 or older.

Not Medical Advice

The Service provides estimated nutritional information, such as calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and fiber, along with suggested meal plans. These estimates are approximate and may be inaccurate. They are for general informational purposes only and are not medical, dietary, or health advice.

Do not rely on the Service to manage a medical condition, allergy, eating disorder, or any diet that requires precise nutritional information. Always check food labels and consult a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional before making changes to Your diet.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping Your login details secure and for all activity under Your account. You may use some features without creating an account; data from those sessions may be lost if You sign out or clear Your browser or app data.

You can delete Your account at any time from within the Service. Deletion is scheduled for 14 days after Your request. Signing back in during that period restores Your account. After that, Your account and data are permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Pro Subscriptions

Some features are available only with a paid Pro subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before You purchase.

• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until You cancel.
• Free trials: If Your subscription includes a free trial, You will be charged when the trial ends unless You cancel before then.
• Purchases on the web: Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from "Manage Subscription" in the account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Purchases in the iOS app: Payments are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. You can manage or cancel Your subscription in Your device's Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
• Account deletion: Deleting Your account cancels any active web subscription. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple.

We may change subscription prices or features. We will give You notice before a price change affects Your subscription, and You may cancel before it takes effect.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to log content that is not real food or drink.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service, or interfere with or overload it.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription checks, or security measures.
• Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the meal descriptions, photos, and other content You submit. You give us a limited license to use that content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to You.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will never be lost.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes, or decisions made based on information from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount You paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if You have not paid us anything.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means You accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the laws of Your place of residence require otherwise.
